GHRPs are ‘ghrelin mimics’.
GHRPs are very receptor sensitive to dosing!
GHRPs stimulate GH release at higher, more youthful pulse frequency / levels.
– Overdosing decreases GH production by desensitizing receptors.
Estrogen HRT facilitates GHRP action synergistically; GHRP effects shown to be potentiated by HRT in post-menopausal women.
IPAMORELIN
(ADVANCED PEPTIDE THERAPY)
Ipamorelin is a growth hormone releasing peptide (GHRP). Ipamorelin increases the release and stimulation of growth hormone (GH) from the anterior pituitary and suppresses somatostatin. GHRPs increase release of hypothalamic GHRH in part by helping to overcome the diminished secretory capacity of the release neurons, which diminishes due to oxidative damage as the body ages.
GHRPs are growth hormone initiators, stimulating GH release in pulses at higher, more youthful levels.
Growth hormone is released in pulses at regular intervals over 24-hour cycles. Pulse strength is highest during puberty and decreases by 15% per decade starting at age 30, resulting in typical signs of aging – cognitive decline, fat gain, lean muscle loss, poor sleep patterns, reduced bone density, and skin laxity.
Ipamorelin therapy can help increase mental clarity and vitality and improve many of the unwanted health issues associated with aging. It has demonstrated good safety and tolerability in human clinical studies.
POTENTIAL BENEFITS OF IPAMORELIN THERAPY
Development Of Lean Muscle Mass
Improved Libido
Improved Sleep
Increased Bone Density
Increased Cognitive Acuity

IPAMORELIN + MODIFIED GRF (1-29)
(ADVANCED PEPTIDE THERAPY)
Ipamorelin
Modified GRF (1-29) (CJC 1295 Without DAC)
Human growth hormone is naturally produced in the pituitary gland and plays a vital role in cell regeneration, growth, and maintaining healthy human tissue, including that of the brain and various vital organs. The pituitary releases growth hormone in pulses at regular intervals over 24-hour cycles. The frequency and strength of these pulses is highest at around age 20 and then begins to decline, decreasing by 15% per decade starting at age 30. This slowdown can lead to elevated cholesterol levels, low libido, poor sleep, reduced bone density, sluggish metabolism, the loss of lean muscle mass, and weight gain.
Ipamorelin is a growth hormone releasing peptide (GHRP). GHRPs naturally stimulate the body to increase the pulse frequency of growth hormone release, similar to when the body was younger. GHRPs increase the release of hypothalamic GHRH in part by helping to overcome the diminished secretory capacity of the release neurons. The secretory capacity becomes diminished due to oxidative damage as we age. Ipamorelin does not stimulate the appetite like the peptide, GHRP 6, has demonstrated good safety and tolerability in human clinical studies, and increases nitrogen retention. Ipamorelin does not create cortisol or prolactin and even at higher doses has been shown to stimulate a large release of growth hormone without receptor desensitization.
Modified GRF (1-29) (CJC 1295 Without DAC) is a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). In the body, GHRH is produced in the hypothalamus. The principal function of GHRH is to stimulate the pituitary gland to produce and release growth hormone into the bloodstream. This then acts on virtually every tissue of the body to control various physical functions and processes. GHRHs stimulate the pituitary to amplify or increase the strength of the growth hormone pulses. Modified GRF (1-29) acts upon receptors located in the anterior pituitary gland and signals the pituitary gland to increase the amount of growth hormone released per pulse.
Ipamorelin + Modified GRF (1-29) work together synergistically. The goal of administering them after combining the two on a daily basis is to stimulate the patient’s body to increase both the frequency and strength of growth hormone pulses, thereby creating a more effective, natural, and youthful cycle of growth hormone release. Ipamorelin’s half-life is approximately two hours, and Modified GRF (1-29) has a half-life of approximately 30 minutes. The short half-life of this combination product is considered more natural as it stimulates a strong pulse of human growth hormone that is more similar to the body’s natural release patterns.
Advanced peptide therapy with Ipamorelin + Modified GRF (1-29) can help increase mental clarity and vitality and improve many of the unwanted health issues associated with aging.

EPITHALON
(ANTI-AGING PEPTIDE THERAPY)
Epithalon is a synthetically-derived tetrapeptide whose sequence of amino acids is Alanine-Glutamate-Asparagine-Glycine. Epithalon was originally developed by Russian scientist Vladimir Khavinson, who conducted over three decades of extensive animal and human clinical research trials on the efficacy and safety of this peptide.
Epithalon’s primary role is to increase the natural production of telomerase, a natural enzyme that helps cells reproduce telomeres, the protective parts of DNA.
Younger people produce relatively large amounts of telomerase and therefore, longer telomeres. The longer the telomere strands are, the better cell health and replication function they provide. As people age, the production of telomerase falls and telomeres become shorter, resulting in declining cell health and replication.
Epithalon’s ability to increase the production of telomerase lengthens and strengthens telomeres, meaning it can play a vital role in decreasing the aging process and thus, improving general health and quality of life.

SERMORELIN
(GHRH FOR ANTI-AGING PEPTIDE THERAPY)
Human aging is accompanied by declining growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) levels. Growth hormone is required for bone development, normal growth, and regulatory effects on carbohydrate, lipid, and protein metabolism.
Sermorelin is a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) that stimulates the patient’s own pituitary gland by binding to specific receptors to increase production and secretion of GH. Sermorelin does not bypass the pituitary-GH axis, therefore allowing control of IGF-1 fluctuating levels as needed to preserve optimal health.
Sermorelin and other GHRHs promote slow-wave sleep (Stage III) by increasing GH release at night – the most important of the cycles of growth hormone release.

GROWTH HORMONE
GROWTH HORMONE, PEPTIDE THERAPY, & THE AGING PROCESS
/** (promisepharmacy.com) **/
Growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) is produced in the hypothalamus. Its principal function is to stimulate the pituitary gland to produce and release growth hormone into the bloodstream. This then acts on virtually every tissue in the body to control various physical functions and processes. Insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) is produced in the liver and other organs in response to growth hormone, which in turn, acts in many tissues to cause growth and metabolic actions. In addition to its effect on growth hormone secretion, GHRH also affects food intake, memory, and sleep.
The action of GHRH on the pituitary gland is counteracted by somatostatin, a hormone also produced by the hypothalamus, which prevents growth hormone release. In order to maintain a balanced hormone production, GH, GHRH, IGF-1, and somatostatin levels are regulated by one another.
Growth hormone levels plateau in young adult life and then decline progressively, accompanied by a loss of aerobic capacity and muscle mass, and an increase in abdominal fat.
After the third decade of life, there is a progressive decline of growth hormone secretion, decreasing by approximately 15% every decade. Secretion peaks at puberty, then decreases to approximately one-sixth of this amount by age 55.
Growth hormone releasing peptides (GHRPs) stimulate growth hormone release in pulses at more youthful levels. This helps increase cognitive acuity and energy, reduce adipose deposits, and stimulate development of lean muscle mass. All peptides are obtained from the same precursor of ghrelin 27-28-amino acid chain.
GHRPs increase the release of hypothalamic GHRH in part by helping to overcome the diminished secretory capacity of the release neurons. The secretory capacity becomes diminished due to oxidative damage as we age. GHRPs improve the function of the thymus, increasing its size and restoring the aged, shrunken organ to a more youthful state.
GHRPs are growth hormone pulse initiators, while GHRHs are growth hormone pulse amplifiers. A combination of GHRH with GHRP works synergistically, increasing the frequency and strength of pulses to create a more effective, youthful cycle of growth hormone release.

IBUTAMOREN (MK-677)
(GROWTH HORMONE SECRETAGOGUE)
Ibutamoren (also known as MK-677) is a growth hormone secretagogue and a long-acting, selective agonist of the ghrelin receptor. It mimics the growth hormone stimulating action of the hormone, ghrelin. Ibutamoren has been shown to increase the secretion of several hormones, including GH and IGF-1, and produces increased, sustained levels of these hormones without affecting cortisol levels.
The increased production of GH allows the body to rejuvenate and repair itself over time, slowing down the aging process. Both growth hormone and IGF-1 stimulate an increase in muscle mass and muscle strength, and a reduction of body fat.
Ibutamoren is orally administered, which makes it unique from other secretagogues, and it remains active in the body for a longer preiod of time compared to injectable secretagogues, GHRP 2 or GHRP 6. Ibutamoren remains active in the body for roughly 24 hours and requires only a once daily dose at bedtime (GH levels remain elevated for about 90 minutes after administering a GHRP 2 or GHRP 6 injection).
One clinical study showed that Ibutamoren can be more effective the longer it is taken. The study measured IGF-1 levels in the blood, which is an indirect measure of growth hormone levels. The study results showed the following increases in IGF-1 levels:
At two weeks, subjects had an increase of 30% in IGF-1 levels.
At six months, subjects had an increase of 60% in IGF-1 levels.
At 12 months, subjects had an increase of 72% in IGF-1 levels.
Like some of its injectable secretagogue cousins, Ibutamoren also causes an increase in the hormone, ghrelin, that stimulates hunger. The hunger side effect can be minimized by taking Ibutamoren at bedtime or with a large meal. Although Ibutamoren can cause an increase in hunger, typically, Ibutamoren use increases calorie deposition into the muscle instead of fat due to the accompanying increase of GH.
Ibutamoren can also help promote better sleep cycles. It has been shown to increase the amount of time spent in REM sleep by 20% and Stage IV deep sleep by 50%. The more time spent in deep sleep, the more recovery and repair the body can accomplish. REM sleep also plays an important role in cognitive functioning and overall mental health and well-being.
Other health benefits of increasing growth hormone levels include decreased body fat, increased bone density, increased energy, increased lean muscle, increased strength, and lower cholesterol.
The most frequent side effects were an increase in appetite that subsided within a few months and mild, transient lower extremity edema and muscle pain.
HEALING
BPC-157
(THE HEALING PEPTIDE)
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound) is a pentadecapeptide. This biologically active peptide fragment is derived from human gastric juice and has been demonstrated to promote healing of previously acquired injuries, as well as protect the body from injury.
BPC-157 is highly stable and resistant to both enzyme digestion and hydrolysis. It can be administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously, as well as given orally – no carrier molecule is required.
BPC-157 HAS NO SIDE EFFECTS, NO TOXICITY!
Better Healing, Faster Healing!
BPC-157 decreases inflammatory response, increases angiogenesis, and promotes muscle and tendon healing. It has excellent potential for diabetic wound healing and produces more Type I collagen. BPC-157 also repairs bones, brain tissue, teeth, the cornea, and the intestines.
BPC-157 works to correct both acute and chronic conditions in the body. It is systemic in action, but can also be administered directly to the site of the injury (joint, muscle, tendon). BPC-157 prevents scar tissue buildup after injury and reduces existing scar tissue. The healing time of injuries is greatly decreased with the administration of BPC-157. BPC-157 can counteract the effects of steroid use to achieve normal healing of muscle tissue.
BPC-157 does not affect receptors – it’s all about the signaling!
This peptide has significant anti-inflammatory modulating effects. BPC-157 promotes tissue healing through signaling pathways – it provides a specific response to a particular injury through cell signaling. BPC-157 upregulates gene transcription to influence these healing factors.
BPC-157 CREATES HOMEOSTASIS TO STRESS RESPONSE
BPC-157 is in clinical trials for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). This peptide is also cytoprotective – it counteracts non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) lesions in the gastrointestinal tract (GI tract), so it can help get patients off proton pump inhibitors (PPIs). BPC-157 protects against hepatotoxicity and can even counteract it.
BPC-157 HAS MULTIPLE SITES OF ACTION!
It counteracts side effects of Parkinson’s agents, improves nerve regeneration, and induces the release of serotonin in the nigrostriatal area of the brain. BPC-157 can be used continuously as a body protective, or for a specific period to treat body injuries.
THYMOSIN BETA-4
(UNIQUE HEALING PEPTIDE)
Thymosin beta-4 is a small, 43 amino acid peptide. It is found in all cell types, except red blood cells, and in all tissues. The unique potential of this peptide as a healing substance lies in that it interacts with cellular actin and regulates its activity.
Thymosin beta-4 has other regenerative effects for healing and repair of damaged tissue. It downregulates cytokines, is a chemoattractant for cells, reduces inflammation, thus protecting newly-formed tissue from damaging inflammatory events, and stimulates new blood vessel growth. Studies have shown it has the ability to repair wounds using its anti-inflammatory characteristics. It does not bind to extracellular matrixes and has a very low molecular weight, which allows it the potential to migrate long distances within tissues to locate areas of injury for repair.
POTENTIAL BENEFITS OF THYMOSIN BETA-4 THERAPY
Allowing Connective Tissue To Stretch
Improved Intercellular Substance Exchanges
Improvement Of Muscle Tone
Increased Endurance
Increased Muscle Growth
Preventing Formation Of Adhesions / Fibrous Bands On Ligaments
